STEVE PARKS has developed multi-phase marketing and sales programs directed to residential buyers and sellers, luxury builders, land developers and investors. Steve's years as a real estate broker, investor and owner of a successful real estate firm in Laguna Beach, make for a strong understanding of conditions and events that affect the marketplace.

    EXPOSURE: Many sellers believe that classified advertising is the best way to introduce their property to buyers?  However, statistics show that only a small percentage of residential property is sold in this manner.  There are many other ways to attract qualified buyers including our on line Buyer's Media Room, where buyers are shown properties via computer photos and informations on all listing in their price range.

    COOPERATION WITH OTHER BROKERS:  Years of experience has supported long term relationships with VIP active agents.  Knowing how to communicate with other brokers and generate excitement about clients and listings.

  • Past Landscape Contractor/Design specialist, with staff of ten supervised the completion of many Orange County projects, including residential, commercial and industrial properties
  • Head of the Planning and Strategy Unit for Goodwill Industries
  • Coordinated community development programs for the mentally impaired and handicapped, arranging contracts with corporations and other municipalities.
  • Managed Turner Associates office of 22 real estate sales associated and named Top Sales producer from 1972-1978.
  • Founding Broker and Co-Owner of Patterson/Parks Real Estate in Laguna Beach from 1978-1995, which closed more than 2000 real estate transactions during that tenure.
